Privacy

This site is run by volunteers of the Ontario Chapter of the Studebaker Drivers Club. We collect as little as we can.

What the Forms Send

The Contact form sends your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the topic and your message.

The online membership form sends what the paper form asks for: your name and your spouse’s name if you give it, your mailing address, phone and email, whether you are new or renewing, your SDC membership number and expiry date if you have them, the Studebakers you own, how you want the newsletter, your membership term, how you will pay and any notes you add.

Both forms go by email to the chapter inbox, and we reply from there. The website does not store what you send. There is no database behind it. We use your details only to answer you or to look after your membership.

Spam Protection

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may look at basic information from your browser to do this. It is not used for advertising.

Visitor Counts

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites. This site sets no cookies of its own.

Names and Photos on the Site

Event pages show the hosts’ names and phone numbers so you can reach them, as the old site did. Member Cars shows each car with its owners’ names.

If you would like a photo, a name or a listing taken down, ask through the Contact page and we will remove it.
